The assessment and programs

Services

Every engagement begins with assessment. What follows is built entirely around your specific postural pattern — not a generic protocol.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at posturetoperformance@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

The starting point for all new clients. This is a full-picture evaluation of how your system is organized — not just the site of pain, but the chain driving it. Includes:

  • Full postural and movement evaluation using PRI and DNS frameworks
  • Identification of your primary compensatory pattern (pelvic, thoracic, cervical, or combined)
  • Performance of corrective exercises selected and positioned specifically for your findings, with video instruction
  • Re-evaluation to confirm corrections and outcomes
  • Written exercise program with photographs delivered within 24 hours
  • Complete findings report with the science behind your specific deviations
  • Four weeks of follow-up by email, phone, or video chat

For clients who have completed an initial assessment and are ready to progress. Sessions build sequentially — restoring foundational stability, then strengthening into the new pattern, then integrating into sport, training, or daily function.

Appropriate for: chronic pain recovery, athletic performance, post-surgical rehab support, and long-term postural maintenance.

Beth works with practitioners who want to develop their eye for postural patterns in their own clients. Sessions can be structured as case consultation, observational learning, or continuing education discussion.
